# Choosing Firmware

Choose firmware for your DMA card and supported hardware configuration. The Private Solutions website is the place to compare our current options and prices.

### Compare the firmware options

[View all Private Solutions firmware options](https://privatesolution.org/products/#firmware)

Browse Basic, Elite, Slotted Elite, Slotted Ultimate, Option 2A, Option 2B, and any custom solutions currently listed. Check each product card for its price, payment term, supported hardware, warranty, and service details.

Use the website for current pricing and terms rather than a separate comparison table here. One-time and Lifetime labels apply to the specific package; confirm what is included before ordering.

### Not sure which option fits?

[Join the Private Solutions Discord](https://discord.gg/XFEkf2kV26) and open a support ticket. Tell us you need help choosing firmware, and include:

* Your DMA card model, or the card you plan to buy.
* Your CPU and motherboard model.
* Your Windows version and intended setup.
* Any existing firmware, compatibility questions, or setup errors.
* The option you are considering and your budget.

We can review your configuration and help you choose a suitable option. If you are unsure, ask in a ticket before purchasing or flashing firmware.

### Already purchased?

Include your order reference in your ticket for setup help. Once the correct firmware is confirmed, follow the [Firmware Installation guide](https://guides.privatesolution.org/firmware/firmware-installation) and the instructions provided for your hardware.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://guides.privatesolution.org/firmware/choosing-firmware.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
